
To register as a vendor with the university, we ask that you utilize the vendor application form. By registering as a vendor, you are not guaranteed business with the university or guaranteed to be made aware of bidding opportunities. Instead, your vendor application will be maintained and you will be registered as an acceptable vendor if all information is filled out accurately.
All information submitted by a vendor must be accurate and in accordance with fair business practices. Any information that is not accurate or misrepresented could disqualify a vendor from future business opportunities with the university.
We require that any vendor interested in being added to our vendor database fill out a vendor application and W9. Please be sure to fill out the entire form and specifically the Type of Organization field accurately. When the form is completed, fax to 702-895-3859 or mail to:
